Andy Bennett

Andy is an experienced commercial lender with expertise in assisting business owners, nonprofits, and real estate investors to achieve their goals. Financing specialties include commercial real estate, operating lines, and equipment financing. Andy earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon and is a graduate of the Western Banking School’s Commercial Lending program. He began his business banking career in the 1990’s and joined Pacific West Bank in 2011. As a native Oregonian, Andy has chosen to work exclusively with community and business-focused banks to work more closely with small businesses and crafting custom financing solutions for his clients. Andy has served in community leadership roles including the Rotary Club of Wilsonville and multiple Chambers of Commerce. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for both the Risk Management Association and the Valley Development Initiatives Board through the Mid-Willamette Valley Council of Governments. When away from the office Andy can be found with family and friends at a sporting event, concert or on the golf course. 

Kristin Bauer

Kristin joins PWB as SVP, Commercial Banking Team Leader with 20 years combined experience in Banking and Treasury Management. She believes in delivering exceptional service customized to the unique needs of each of our clients. Her passion extends to supporting relationships with businesses, municipalities, and nonprofit organizations to build synergies and solve for success. Kristin currently serves as a board member for Serendipity Center as well as the Good Neighbor Center. She is also an alumna of Gonzaga University, Willamette University MBA program, and has earned the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation. Outside of the office, Kristin enjoys golf, Oregon wines, and spending time outdoors with her husband and sons.

Robert Greenawald

Robbie joined Pacific West Bank in 2023 to assist with the expansion into the Vancouver market. With 23 years of commercial banking experience, Robbie works primarily with small to mid-size businesses and offers a more consultative approach. His focus has been on commercial real estate and commercial and industrial lending, offering a balanced approach to his customers. He is the team leader for the Vancouver team and is involved in all facets of the lending process. Robbie earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University, where he focused on finance and economics while participating in athletics. He is involved with local committees and volunteers time with non-profit organizations. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and two teenage boys as well as golfing with friends.

Carol Warneke

Carol joined Pacific West Bank in October 2018 and has been in the Portland commercial banking market for over 30 years with most of that time spent working for community banks. Carol thrives on finding the right solutions for each client while serving them with integrity and delivering exceptional customer service. Carol works with many local businesses with a focus on women professionals and nonprofit organizations. She looks forward to continuing her business development efforts in the Greater Portland Area with an expanded focus on working with businesses in Lake Oswego, Tualatin and West Linn. Carol has served on numerous nonprofit boards and committees and as a volunteer.

Michele Baker

Michele joined Pacific West Bank in December 2014, she has been a banking relationship manager for over 25 years in the West Linn, Lake Oswego and Portland markets. As Commercial Lending Officer, Michele brings to the Bank a strong background in finance, business lending, and credit underwriting. Her experience working with a variety of business owners results in establishing long-lasting banking relationships which help our clients to grow and succeed. Michele enjoys being active in our community, including current and past executive, board and volunteer positions with the Lake Oswego Chamber of Commerce, Business Alliance, Oregon Dressage Society, United Way and the OSU Master Gardener program.

Justin joined Pacific West Bank in 2023 as a Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer. He has over 20 years of experience in banking, including 10 years of relationship management in Commercial Banking. Justin takes a detailed management approach, which has been very successful while primarily focusing on Commercial and Industrial lending. His customers see the value he brings which has led to his success as a C&I lender. As a Vancouver, WA native, Justin enjoys supporting the community he grew up in and focuses his strengths on assisting and supporting business and people to help affect change.

Carissa joined PWB in 2021 with 14 years of experience banking in the Portland metro area. She sets herself apart by taking time to understand the unique needs of her clients and tailors solutions specifically for them. She is relationship-focused and finds joy in helping local business owners, investors, and non-profits accomplish their goals. She has worked with her team to implement customized programs for many professionals in the community including property managers, fiduciary services, and B Corps. She strives to be a resource for her clients, bringing them value often beyond just banking. When she's not working, she can be found outdoors enjoying the beautiful PNW or traveling.

Teva Adkins

Teva joined Pacific West Bank in November 2018. She has more than 10 years of experience in commercial banking in the Portland Metro area. As Regional Branch Manager, she oversees the operations of the West Linn and Lake Oswego offices. She is dedicated and focused on providing exceptional client service and providing deposit solutions for her clients. She manages a deposit portfolio of clients. She offers a welcoming and individualized approach as she understands each client has their own unique banking needs. Teva is a proud graduate from the University of Oregon with a degree in Spanish. She enjoys traveling and has lived in both Japan and Mexico.

With 30 years of Retail Banking experience, Mike is adept at positive client relationships and creating cohesive and high-performing teams. Mike leads our West Linn office as the Commercial Branch Manager. Mike has been active in the community throughout his career, mostly engaging in local chambers, Rotary and nonprofit volunteerism. When not at work, Mike enjoys baseball games with friends, golf, traveling, and particularly, time with his wife and his two adult children who live in the Portland area.

Jason T Scott

Jason has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry, 18 of those specifically in Treasury Management, as well as holding the esteemed Certified Treasury Professional(CTP) designation. His depth of experience in banking and commitment to finding solutions with a personal touch provide for a wealth of benefit to his client relationships. Born in Vancouver, Washington, he studied architecture at the University of Oregon, and is a proud resident of the Rose City. Jason is a longtime supporter of our local arts and nonprofit community, previously serving as Treasurer & Board President of Portland Festival Symphony for many years. In his free time, he enjoys gardening, quality time with friends, and escaping to his home in sunny Puerto Vallarta during the winter and spring seasons.

Susan joined Pacific West Bank in August 2024. As a licensed banking professional Susan has worked for more than 20 years in Portland’s financial services industry. She believes every business relationship starts with an important emphasis: exceptional client service. Susan assists clients and businesses with a broad range of industry expertise and experience helping them to reach their goals and desired financial outcomes. A life-long Oregonian, Susan grew up in Southern Oregon before graduating from Oregon State University and then settling in Portland to build a career. She has served on numerous area boards and volunteered for a variety of local non-profits. Susan also enjoys gourmet cooking for family and friends, nurturing fruit trees, and exploring the great places of Oregon.

Andrew Lyle

Andrew has over 10 years of commercial banking experience in Texas, Alaska, and the Pacific Northwest. He has financed a wide array of commercial transactions, with a focus on land development, residential construction, commercial construction, and stabilized multi-family real estate. He is a graduate of Lewis & Clark College in southwest Portland. He spent a year abroad studying in Munich and taught English at a middle school in Leipzig, Germany. In his free time Andrew enjoys playing folk music, watching soccer, and keeping up with his German language skills.

Everette Dawes

Everette came into banking 13 years ago with 20 years of experience in business ownership already under his belt. He joined Pacific West Bank in 2022 and now has more than 30 years of leadership experience, he manages a portfolio of clients here at PWB and serves as Assistant Branch Manager at our West Linn office. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor enables him to have great relationships with our clients. Jason joined Pacific West Bank as CFO in February 2019 and is a highly experienced CPA who has spent the past two decades working in the banking industry. Currently, he holds the positions of Bank President and CEO, he has excelled as a Bank executive for the past 7 years. He was recognized as CFO of the Year by the Portland Business Journal in 2021. He is a key leader in driving the Bank's Digital Division strategy, which has helped the organization to stay ahead of the curve in an increasingly competitive market. He also serves on the Board of Albertina Kerr. Jason grew up in West Linn, where he and his wife are raising their three children.

Lisa joined Pacific West Bank in 2018 and serves as Chief Banking Officer overseeing strategic growth for the Bank. She has over 30 years of commercial banking experience in senior roles developing new client relationships and providing consultative financial support. Lisa is engaged in the nonprofit sector and passionate about the development of nonprofit leadership and financial education. She currently serves as a Board Chair of Friends of the Children Portland, Board Treasurer of Clackamas Community College Foundation, Board Member of the Oregon Bankers Association Education Foundation, Advisory Board Member and Finance Committee Member for Quest Center for Integrative Health, and Finance Committee Member for Bradley Angle.

Lisa was honored as a 2023 Women of Influence awardee, in 2023 as the Corporate Champion awardee for Bradley Angle and in 2024 as the Auction for Action Honoree for Quest Center for Integrative Health.

Rob Holden

Rob joined Pacific West Bank as Chief Credit Officer in January of 2022 and oversees the general administration of the Bank’s lending function. He has over thirty years of credit and banking industry experience having held executive level positions with several successful community banks in the San Francisco Bay Area. Rob is a native of Portland having spent his formative years here and he and his wife are enjoying the beauty of Oregon joining their grown children who are graduates of University of Oregon.

Dana Lawrence

Dana Lawrence (CIA, CRMA, CFSA, CAMS, CRVPM, CCA) is the Sr. Director of Fintech Compliance at Pacific West Bank. With 20 years in financial services, Lawrence has spent the last 10 years in governance leadership positions building fintechs (first neobank - Simple, fintech for SMBs- Azlo, fintech aggregator - Sila), working productively with regulators and navigating BaaS challenges and opportunities. In her role at Pacific West Bank, she established a quality banking as a service program that prioritizes a close relationship with each fintech brand partner and exceptional regulatory compliance outcomes.

Lawrence is a global community builder and thought leader, speaking frequently to various professional groups (IIA, ISACA, ACAMS, ACFE), tradeshows (Money2020, Fintech Meetup), government and private sector. She’s provided live training to over 30,000 financial services and fintech professionals in the last 3 years. In 2022, she launched a popular LinkedIn Live show called “In Fintech We Build Trust” which is dedicated to the trust builders in fintech, Web3, payments and traditional financial services, featuring the best of the best globally for educational conversations.

Sujana Regmi-Schuler

Sujana joined Pacific West Bank in 2022. Sujana is a CPA who began her career as an auditor with the public accounting firm, KPMG. She has been in banking for 10 years and has held a diverse array of key positions in financial risk management, accounting, and product management, prior to joining Pacific West Bank. Originally from Kathmandu, Nepal, Sujana moved to the US in 2007 and has called Portland home since 2014.
