LOG IN TO PERSONAL ONLINE BANKING

Online Enrollment

Business:

The bank handles enrollment so we can make sure you are setup with the features and benefits that you need. Call or email your banker to discuss your businesses specific needs and be provided our enrollment forms. View our current Business Online Terms and Conditions.

Personal:

You can sign-up for personal online banking by clicking here to enroll. Follow the simple instructions to get signed up.

Mobile Enrollment

Business:

Pacific West Business Mobile is our app for business clients.  After being setup with business online banking, you can use the same credentials to log into Pacific West Business Mobile app.

  • On your mobile device, visit the App Store or Google Play
  • Search for and download the Pacific West Business Mobile app
  • You will be asked your Business Online Banking credentials, a security question, and will receive the Pacific West Business Mobile disclosure to review, to complete the enrollment process.

Personal:

Pacific West Personal Mobile is our app for personal clients.  After enrolling in personal online banking, you can use the same credentials to log into Pacific West Personal Mobile app.

  • On your mobile device, visit the App Store or Google Play
  • Search for and download the Pacific West Personal Mobile app
  • You will be asked your Personal Online Banking credentials, a security question, and will receive the Pacific West Personal Mobile disclosure to review, to complete the enrollment process.

Login Trouble

  • Clear Cache and Cookie History  - This clears out any stale information saved in your browser
  • Check Privacy Settings for Third-Party Cookies - Third-party cookies need to be enabled in your browser
  • Try the direct link to Business or Personal Online Banking

Pacific West Bank supports Web Connect with QuickBooks Online. Select Pacific West Bank – Business Banking when setting up the account.

Online banking transaction history can also be downloaded in multiple file types including: CSV, Microsoft Money, QuickBooks, or Quicken.
